Assignment: The property was developed by Tipton Interests in 2001 for a pension fund client of Bentall Kennedy and has been managed by Tipton Interests since its opening.
Property: The property is a 253,353 RSF eight-story office tower, plus a 1,100 car garage, located in suburban Springdale, Ohio. This building is one of the finest Class A buildings in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Services: We provided development, property management, marketing, leasing, and interior construction management services.
WOODSIDE CENTER
104,000 RSF CLASS A OFFICE BUILDING

The Client: WCBC Limited Partnership
Assignment: The property was developed in 1995 by Tipton Interests for a single tenant, GRE Insurance under a net, net, net lease. In September 2005, GRE’s successor – Indiana Insurance – renewed its lease, but downsized. At that time, Tipton Interests assumed the role of property manager.
Property: The property is a 104,000 RSF three-story Class A office building located in Miami Township, Clermont County, Ohio. We have achieved a successful transition from a single-tenant building to a multi-tenant building while managing the property to the same high standards as when the building was self-managed by Indiana Insurance. The building serves as Tipton’s headquarters.

The Client: WCBC Limited Partnership
Assignment: The property was developed in 1999 by Tipton Interests for a single tenant, The Attachmate Corporation. Tipton managed the property for Attachmate during their time of full occupancy of the building, and Tipton continued to manage the building upon its conversion to a multi-tenant building.
Property: The property is a 50,420 RSF three-story Class A office building located in Miami Township, Clermont County, Ohio. This building also achieved a successful transition from a single-tenant building to a multi-tenant building, returning to the 100% occupancy level within 12 months after the downsizing.
